1. Organizing Company

The organisation and management of the draw corresponds to LASTUR BOOKIN, S.L., with registered office at Camino de la Ventosa, 46, 1º D, 48013 Bilbao, and tax identification number B-95.345.989.

2. Object

With the aim of helping to understand and improve the impact of travel associated with the attendance of the public at the MEO KALORAMA festival, this raffle is promoted, which will be governed by these legal bases.

3. Deadline for participation

The deadline to participate in the draw starts on 11/06/2025 at 09:00 (Spanish peninsular time) and ends on 18/06/2024 at 23:59 (Spanish peninsular time), both inclusive. Entries received outside of this deadline will not be considered for the draw.

4. Territorial scope of the draw

This giveaway will be valid worldwide.

5. Nature of the draw

Participation in this draw is free of charge and will be articulated under the mechanics of a participation draw by completing a survey.

6. Participants

The draw is aimed at all people of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the publication of the draw on the MEO KALORAMA website.

● holders of access tickets to the 2025 festival,
● who have responded to the entire survey

The organising entity of this promotion will be responsible for certifying compliance with the requirements established in these legal bases.
The staff of the organising company and their family members will not be able to participate in the draw.

7. Prize

The prize of the draw will consist of:

● 10 individual vouchers for the 2026 edition of the MEO KALORAMA Festival, each of which will be allocated to each of the 10 individual winners.
● Each of the prizes is valued at 175 euros (175 €).
● These prizes do not cover travel expenses, subsistence allowances or any other expenses that may arise for the winning user for the enjoyment of the same.

Prizes will be subject to the following conditions:

● The prizes may not be changed, altered or compensated in any way at the request of the winning participant.
● The winning participants may renounce the prizes obtained, but in no case will an alternative prize be offered, nor will such waiver give the right to compensation or compensation.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

8. Mechanics of the draw

To participate in the raffle, participants must follow the following instructions:

● Have an access ticket to the 2025 edition of the MEO KALORAMA festival
● Have accessed and answered the form

9. Selection of the winner

The winner will be chosen on 22/06/2025 through the Easypromos platform randomly by the organizing company among all the participants who have met the requirements of the draw. The winner will be announced on 23/06/2025 through an email.
The organising company reserves the right to leave the competition or any of its prizes void if the requirements established in these legal bases are not met or if any of the winners renounces the prize awarded.

● Communication with the winner and delivery of the prize

In the same sense, the entities described will not be liable under any circumstances for any damages, of any nature, direct, indirect and/or circumstantial, whether immediate or deferred, that may appear on the occasion of or as a consequence of participation in the draw and/or the enjoyment of the prize.
Likewise, the organizing company is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

1. Taxation

In accordance with the applicable legislation, given the value of the prizes, the organization is not obliged to apply the withholding on account of Personal Income Tax (IRPF).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the winners are informed that it is the responsibility of each of them to comply with their respective tax and legal obligations in relation to the prizes.

2. Modifications and cancellation of the draw

The organising company reserves the right to make modifications to these terms and conditions at any time, as long as they do not prejudice the rights of the participants. Likewise, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone the draw.

10. Acceptance of the legal bases

Participation in the draw implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal bases, as well as acceptance of the criteria of the organization in the interpretative decisions it makes of them. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements established in these legal bases will result in the exclusion of the participant from the draw.

11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This promotion will be governed by current common Spanish law.
For any controversy that may arise from the interpretation and application of these legal bases, both the organization and the participants of this contest expressly submit, and exclusively and to the exclusion of any other, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Lisbon.
